Super City claim brilliant win over Chelsea at Stamford Bridge

City produced a fine display to beat Chelsea 1-0 at Stamford Bridge and move up to second in the Premier League table.

Gabriel Jesus' deflected strike won it for City, who thoroughly deserved the victory having dominated proceedings and been by far the bolder team.

It was Pep Guardiola’s 221st win as City boss – more than any other manager in the Club’s history.

Joao Cancelo on his versatility, Klopp v Pep and one of the hardest weeks of his career

It was billed as one of the most difficult weeks City have ever faced.

Three games against world-class opposition, all away from home.

It started last weekend with a win over in-form Chelsea and was quickly followed by defeat at PSG on an evening that saw plenty of positives emerge, with City dominating Mauricio Pochettino’s team for much of the game.

And now on Sunday, the final instalment of the trilogy: a game at Anfield against early Premier League pacesetters Liverpool.

Adam Curtis remains at the forefront of documentary filmmaking. He began in the early 80s, but his first major breakthrough came in 1992 with Pandora’s Box, a film which warned of the dangers technocratic politics and saw him pick up his first of six career BAFTAs.

Holed up in a BBC basement, Curtis brings together disparate subjects and uses archival footage to chart political history. His love of music is playfully interwoven into the narrative, whilst his unique, deadpan voice discusses the
